What kind of support will you need to uphold our principles in your daily work?
In the 2016-2017 HR Outlook survey, we shared an earlier version of our principles with you, and asked what your main challenges would be in upholding them. We’ve taken both your challenges and your suggestions, and turned them into ideas of how we could support you to uphold the principles in your daily work.

A large part of that support will be provided in the Professional Standards Framework - which will set out the knowledge and behaviours you’ll need to champion better work and working lives. But, in terms of wider support – we want to be a source of strength behind you. So get involved, and tell us what you think! We’ll take your feedback and see what’s possible. Read more about our professional principles (Work Matters, People Matter, Professionalism Matters) and find out more about them at:
